The lamb was super tender and it was plated like a fine-dining dish. Amazing presentation and taste. The sorbet was great too.

We walked in without a reservation and got a table for 5. Decided to try all the tapas dishes which was a great decision. Good quality, fresh and tasty. Service and ambience were great, we ended up having a really lovely evening.

Great place. Excellent cooking, only locally sourced ingredients, great assortment of local wines. Lovy waitress very knowledgeable about them wisely advised us. The chef himself came by to share his love and knowledge of cooking with local ingredients. We had a fantastic cassoulet with an excellent chilled (yes, chilled ¡ ) local red. Highly recommended

This was a recommendation from a local. Not the standard boring menu touristique found in most restaurants in Carcassonne. Traditional, simple but well-executed. Best guineas fowl and an excellent burger. Friendly service, lovely staff. All at a reasonable price. We will be back!

We were lucky to find a table without a reservation. Service was good and friendly. Food was ok, we had the casserole with the salad and dessert and a soup although the casserole is a bit heavy for dinner and the soup a bit expensive. The place is a big room with some scattered tables, something was missing in terms of decor but overall the experience was ok.
